It Happened in Ramadan – True Story!!

This happened to me when I was studying at the University in Ankara. I was staying with my eight friends in a flat. We used to be very close. So we were doing housework and everything together.

At the end of every month we had had little money to spend for eating. Therefore we had had little food.

It was a special day in İslam so all we were fasting. We were invited for diner by friends who were students like us had been staying in another flat.

We had wanted to cook dessert for them as a present. We had to wait for at least half an hour to cook it. My friend, named Hatice and I decided to wait for it. The other friends went out on time.

When we were ready to leave home the doorbell rang. The two friends who were our classmates had came to stay over night with us. We couldn’t say “we would go out” because they were absolutely exhausted. We had to stay at home with them.

Then my friend Hatice and I went to the kitchen and looked at each other, asking “what can we do now?“ because we didn’t have anything to cook except onion, tea, bread etc.

During the same time the doorbell rang again. When I opened the door, I saw a man, called Süleyman Amca who was our neighbor, had been standing at the door with a big part of meat.

He said “I sacrificed a sheep and want to give you half of it” smiling at me.

It was really a surprise for us. I couldn’t say to him anything for a while I just called my friend. Thereafter we said “thanksss…thanksss… Süleyman Amca”.

Afterwards, we fried a part of it with onion. It was quite delicious.

So that’s the my true story.

I really realized that God always helps everybody who do good.

Thanks goodness.

I realised in life that even gold has to go through fire to reach its most pure form. Alhamdulilah that we have an oppurtunity to go through a little heat in this world, may Allah save us from the major fire of the next life, Ameen.

Really true …. though Allah is always there whenever we need him but specially Ramadan is a month of Allah and Allah will never keep their people empty handed. It also happens in Ramadan not a story of anyone but mine. Its an incident happen 12 yrs before We were going thru a hard time father was not having job for last 1 yr and we the family of seven hard to survive without an income Those days we use to fast also other than in Ramadan too but when a month of Ramadan starts we all make dua “O Allah please shower your blessings, you have never left us empty handed but in this holy month of Ramadan we have no way of survival, no bread to eat no water to drink and no money to buy milk for an infant, help us as we are upon u have nothing left than you’ that night we 5 children were playing and in the mid of night around may 12AM a bell rang we all were like who can it be at this time any how my brother and I went to open the door and by the time parents also came due to someones surprise arrival but there was no one and in front of us was full grocery lying on our door step, my brother ran to c if some one is there as we are living on ground floor and it take us some 5 to 10 second to open the door but there was no one and no where. Since that day we all wonders who can be the person who left us so much food at our door step but till date its still a mystery for us but my mom says Allah has answer our prayers. Allah cannot c the mother getting worried for their food. Somewhere we also believe it but since that day i never loose hope and till date whenever bad times surrounds me i always remember this incident and my worries just vanish away as it was never there 🙂

So happy to share my true story with you guys Jazak Allah khairan

same story happened to me, i was newly married, i had one child and no regular work, i left my flat full of worries knowing not what to do, while closing my door my neighbour starying in second floor came and said he had to take his family and go to his village immediately, he said he had plenty of in the fridge and it may get spoil if left for long time, he brought down everything, i did not say anything i just thank him and he left, near the building where i used to stay there was a vegetable shop, on that very day and after i saw my neighbour off, the vegetable seller called and told me that he was leaving, that i could take any of the vegetables i liked as he had to vacate the place immediately. God will always be there for everyone
