So my story goes like this, once we were in fundraising in masjid and I told my husband to donate 5000 dollars. At first he said that’s a lot of money and then later he agreed.
After a few months my husband came to know that his job was over and the company was going to lay him off, but still we were relaxed and thought that everything happens for the best and Almighty God has plans for everyone. The company gave him few months to look for another job and soon he found a new job, Praise be to God.
The unique thing I want to share is the old company which laid him gave him few months’ extra salary plus bonus which was three times what we gave in masjid donation. Glory be to God.
Moral of the Story
The lesson here is that whenever we give charity, God always gives us back. It never goes waste. God just wants to test us if we really give in his way; then he gives us more of what we give.
