First, Thanks Allah for this amazing brain. it works by using the familiar to understand the unfamiliar. assuming that someone does not know english language well or does have engough vocabulary to cover the passage, I do not think he/ she will be able to read. if you know english well, chances are you well be able to read it with realtive ease!!!
