The Kidnapped Boss

Employees of a Company are all worried. Some are roaming around.

Some are in loud discussions during office time.

Some Trainees, who had just joined, notice this and inquire about what happened, to a senior employee, they ask, “What’s going on?”

“Terrorists have kidnapped our Boss” They’re asking for $10 Million ransom, otherwise they’re going to douse him with petrol and set him on fire. We’re going from desk to desk, taking collection.”

One Trainee asks, “How much is everyone giving on an average?

The senior employee answers “About 1 litre.”

In modern organisational systems leaders are required not bosses, teamspirit and understanding, not instructions and threats, to avoid a situation, albeit farfetched, like the one in this story and make your business prosper, and workers happy.

Was the boss owner of some toilets, every one was contributing one liter, and of what. No no this is unfair.

Very funny and very meaningful at the same time .

You see this is what happens to you (boss, employee, clerk …… whatever yr job whatever yr position is) when you treat others with less respect or ill manners .

” What goes around comes around ” ……. this is a good lesson for everyone to treat others the same way they would like to be treated by others 😉

    Lovely moral ya Sara

there is one thing that i don’t  understand in this story!
is it that the Boss was a very bad to a such a level where his employees wanted to contribute to the fuel to burn him? or?

is it that to pay such a money for ransom is impossible for the company and it easer to let him burn instead??
