Do You Know Which Is The Important Body Part ?

mother-397956_640One day Mother asked Aisha, “Which is the most essential part of the human body ?”
Through the years, Aisha would take a guess at what she thought was the correct answer.

When she was younger, she thought the “Sound” is very important to us as humans, so she said, “Our ears, Mummy.’
Mother said: “No! Many people in the World are deaf, but you keep thinking about it and I will ask you again soon”

Several years passed before she asked Aisha again.
Since making her first attempt, Aisha had been contemplating the correct answer.

So next time Aisha told her Mother, “Mummy, sight is very important to everybody, so the most important thing for us must be our eyes.”
Mother looked at Aisha and told, “Good! You are learning fast, but the answer is not correct because there are many people who are blind”

Aisha became perplexed, and continued her pursuit of knowledge and over the years, Mother asked her many times the same question and always her answer was: “NO! But you are getting smarter every year, Sweetheart”

Then one year, Aisha’s grandmother died. Everybody in the family were sad and crying. Aisha saw that even her father cried. Aisha remembered that especially because it was only the second time she saw him cry. Aisha’s mother looked at her when it was their turn to say final good-bye to her Grandmother.

Mother calmly asked Aisha, “Do you know the most important body part yet, my dear?”
Aisha was shocked when her mother asked her that question at this time. Aisha always thought this was a game between her and her mother.

Mother saw the confusion on Aisha’s face and told her, “This question is very important. It shows that you have really lived in your life. For every body part you gave me as answer in the past, I told you, you were wrong and I also gave you an example as to why you were wrong. But today is the right time you need to learn this important lesson”

She looked down at her daughter as only a mother can. Her eyes welled up with tears and she said, “Sweetheart, the most important body part is your shoulder”

Aisha asked, “Is it because it holds up My Head?”
Mother replied, “NO, It is because it can hold the head of a friend or a loved one when they cry. Everybody needs a shoulder to cry on. Sometime in life, my dear, I only hope that you have enough love and friends that you will always have a shoulder to cry on when you need it.”

Then and there Aisha knew the most important body part is not a “Selfish One”. It is made for others and not for yourself. It is sympathetic to the pain of others.

People will forget what you said.
People will forget what you did.
BUT, People will NEVER forget how you made them FEEL.

Do share this beautiful story with your friends and loved ones and tell them that you are always there for them when they need you.

The Arabic word for giving your shoulder to others for comfort is Called ” ITHAR”. That is how Islam spread to Southeast Asia. No armies conquering lands, only Muslims acting by example that rooted Islam in that part of the world. Hundreds of years of colonial rule could not shake Islam from people’s hearts.

However; Arab armies conquerd Spain for land and power aquesition. Look where that took us. Arabs & Muslims are no longer in Spain. They were fighting each other for power.

That will be our fate if we don’t wake up, and continue to fight each other, as we do today.

The most important part of the body is the tongue. With it you do zikr of ALLAH and enter paradise and have the highest position in paradise depending on how much of zikr you do. The tongue can also send you to hell-fire if you use it to deny Allah and castigate HIS Holy Prophet (SAW)
