Very True Many are Ants inthe present day Organisation and they are getting sacked. Too many cooks spoil the broth. Organisations spend lavishly without seeing the true dedicated performance and does not retain the talent very sad plight.

Very true, Lakshmi. Unfortunately that’s the case in all the Companies these days and people don’t realize it.

This is what is actually happening is organisations nowadays. Productive staff are overburdened by unnecessary paper work. People brought in to supervise them are either unqualified, inexperienced and unnecessary. Leading to the conclusion that the staff is not productive enough replacing them.

Mode of supervision and type of working environment play an important role in determining the level of productivity.

Actual scenario will off course change to more productive team once a full team formed and management noticed a slow productivity by having new recruits with more hands as needed. Ultimately, unemployment rate will decrease and income to state and country will enhance that reflects national economy.. Well done tiger…!
