An old man in a small city in Saudi Arabia was breathing his last. People came to visit him. One of them asked the old man to speak a few words of advice guidance to lead life before he departed this world. The old man said:
“During my youth when I was around 20 years old I was very much energetic and enthusiastic, I thought I can change the world and solve all its problems and started working in the cause. Days passed by and I became 30 years old and the World was where it was 10 years ago and that made me realize maybe I should lower my ambitions so thought I better at least change my country though not the world. As time passed, when I became 40 years old I realized trying to change the people of my country was nothing but a waste of time since they were millions and it was very difficult to change all of them. I decided to further lower my ambitions so I thought I must change the people of my city, but they did not wish to change either. When I grew very old, by this time I was around 60 years of age I thought I should at least try changing my family members. Thought it was an easy task, but there also I found my efforts and the little time I had go waste”
On my death bed I now realize…..…that if I had worked on changing myself by getting rid of the imperfections in me and overcoming my own shortcomings, perhaps I would have found my family members change. Considering the good behavior and conduct of my family members perhaps the whole town would have got influenced and changed. Looking at the progress and development of a whole town perhaps the people of my country would have been influenced. And perhaps looking at the people of my country the whole world might have been influenced and changed.
Dear Readers, Could you please provide a good moral for the story?
Changing should start from inside out
Change Management is an art and Science

Charity begins at home
This is the greater Jihad that the Holy Prophet (SAW) refers to. To purify oneself zikr of Allah (SWT) is the tool.

Better Too Late Than Never
Sub Kuch luta key hosh mey aaye to keya kiiyaa.
Unfortunately the old man is now at a stage when he cannot even change himself. He can only tell others which has a limited effect. Experience has shown that such words are not remembered for very long time for so many reasons which can be discussed separately.
The holy Quran has already cautioned the man…. He is responsible for his own deeds. . .. He will be judged by only what he did. . . For nobody else’s actions, he will be held accountable. What we collectively forget and never try to understand is that the axis of evil for me lies within me and nowhere else. It is for this reason that humans are cautioned to be mindful of the fact that SATAN the accursed is running within him like his blood. It is now the time of the old man to at least become a live demonstration for others to learn lesson.
Changing the changes is difficult
Change the changer which is you
great story………time is money and work for the good things only never waste time in vain……do right things wil;be right….. lol
Let the change start from Thyself, the world follows
If one wants to bring change, he/she had better start from him/herself first.
Be the change

Before it is too late.
It is always a dilemma of human as they can neither see themselves nor want to see but always looking at others. In reality it is very difficult to change one self but easy to wish for changing others. Probably it is a matter of perception.
Such thinking naturally erupt primarily due to injustices followed by frustration and aggressions. Being incapable to absorbs the shocks and to wait for the goods to come, the affect’s then try to change the world.
WALK THE TALK . We can inspire better by our example , than by trying to change.

Changing the world? No body can change the world. Anyway, who has done so before?
Each and everyone of us is given his responsibilities by our Creator, and that is what we will be asked about; not the entire world.
So, let us do what we are asked to do first, before doing what we want to do. Or else, we will end up full of regret, just like dying old man.

Oh how easy it is to attempt to change others, how difficult to change ourselves.
Moral of the story What A Waste Of Life: “Be the change you want to see in the world.”
I think changing ourselves is the hardest thing to do. If we can chage ourselves, we can change the whole world.
Moral of the story : Changes that we bring within ourselves are reflected as changes in the world outside. We are the mirror ourselves, the world adoptes it.

My almighty God said in our holy book:
( God will not change people unless they change their selves)
And sometimes when we are changed, our perspective is also changed, and the problems we previously “saw” in others have disappeared.

Islamic life is complete successful life in this world. Muhammad (P. B. U. H) told us how to pass your life in this world.
If you want to change someone, it will be started first from himself, and then to your nearest ones.
“That God does not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.”
“Be silent advocates’ as nothing is more effective than setting a good example to others.
really a good lesson, but I see it is difficult to change this anonymous annoying world, and by no means the change will happen.
These are some of my suggestions:
1. Change yourself first, the world will change automatically
2. To change the world, start with yourself
3. Change yourself and then your family, city, country and the world will follow you
4. One can change others only by changing oneself first
Thanks
