In my opinion its just a funny video and i enjoyed the humour. With respect to the
issue of women not being allowed to drive in Saudi Arabia if it is the law in that country then the law should be obeyed
Lets hope and pray that our sisters in KSA would be allowed to drive SOONER THAN LATER in shaa Allah.

Good music, though borrowed from Jamaica. But the message is confusing.

The word (Man) and the word (Woman) are repeated (24)
times in the Glorious Koran, equally. This means, they have
the same rights.. Therefore, we have no right to discriminate
between them and violate God’s orders.

    Hello
A woman’s place in the home, her duties and by rights should not a man to the likes aside and neglected another, what women want to drive that her husband was her brother and her son is a driver and transmitted to wherever she wanted, why the West and the Europeans walking around with their women and shopping, it is better we are in this now, especially As we see in the way some drivers recklessness and fear of God the man next to them, How can a woman know about the very nature of fear and do not have the resolve.

For all the stupid comments there….heres the reply.
I’m neither an Arab nor a White supremacist. For all those bigots diseased with Islamophobia, this Video is actually a SLAP to all their frustrations. A mockery that come what may, they can’t change what’s happening in a certain country. Because just as it is ok for a son to sleep with his Mother in some scandinavian nations (if this is not outrageous enough?), it is OK for women not to drive in certain parts of the world. Which issue would you focus on? Driving?
So, there you go…..watch the clip once again 😛

Let me explain from my experience as being expatriate in the Kingdom

Generally, both Saudi man and woman don’t believe anyone that easy… Actually, Islam is not a matter there, just used as cover up.

Saudi man want their women under control. They provides women with many privacy, facilities and wealth, but, they want them watched and under control. Many people said, they are let alone in a car with a expatriate, but, mostly that expatriate driver used as slave and watchdog of that Saudi man. The driver inform the owner for each movement with their families. That expatriate don’t money and passport to run, If they dare to do something wrong with their twomen… Even, they don’t hire good looking expatriate as driver

It seams to me that those rubbish skeikhs in what so called Saudi Arabia are more monarchists than the king himself , and more Chatholics than the Pope himself…The Prophet Muhammed, sallallahu alayhi wasallam , himself allowed women to ride camels and the horses which were the cars of that time and allowed them even to nurse and support the fighting men in wars. On the other hand, I cann`t understand this hypocrisy of those faked Sheikhs who don`t allow women to drive her car when they all foreigners males to transport them alone? Isn`t it non sense and rubbish?

I will not be surprised to see a video from a woman society convincing that men should not drive, by showing clips of rash driving, negligence etc…. with many precious lives lost over the years

Sorry! I saw the video after my earlier comment!

But my comments ARE the same as already given.

By the way, Mr Fagheeh sings in English! But what does he wish to convey? Is he being sarcastic? Is he encouraging his sister? What friends has he lost on the Highway? How can he blame women, when they don’t drive those on those highways!

Quite a funny and senseless video!

  14. Zafar Iqbal December 7, 2014 at 1:15 PM #

    Yes! Why NOT?

Why should women NOT be allowed to drive in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?

Islam has raised the status of women 1435 years ago. It gave property rights to them at that time. Our MODERN Western world gave the same about 125 years ago!!! The western world glorifies Florence Nightingale as the mother of “NURSING”. Let us NOT forget Bibi Fatima, PBUH, our Prophet’s (SAW) daughter, who not only nursed the wounded in the earlier battles of Islam under our Holy Prophet (SAW), but also helped in the repairs of bows, arrows, etc.

So, Let us go by the Spirit of Islam.

Please allow women to drive cars.
