    1. Plenty of water means 2.00+ liters/day for children, 2.5-3.00 liters/day for healthy
    people and 3.00 + (3.5- 4.00) liters for those who exercise.
    2. Don’t skip breakfast, rather, eat most in your breakfast, medium in your lunch and
    light in dinner. Also, follow high frequency and low volume policy in eating.
    3. I want to know exact difference between jogging and walking. Also, which one is
    better and why? Can any one help?

      About Jogging or walking, Walking is easier on the body’s joints. It causes far fewer injuries to heels, shins, knees, and hips than jogging.

      Jogging is good for those of any age who can handle greater intensity and joint-pounding

      Walking is good exercise for those who are just starting to workout or for those with health problems. For the significantly overweight, walking can be less stressful on the body
