    Feb 20 2014. The booklet was
    Widely distributed to the public in Qatar.

      Exercise n low cal. Diet or occasional fast is key to healthy life.
      Like your body – mind also needs rest.
      Take regular break from normal routine life.
      Be happy feel happy.
      Have time for “others”.
      Family Friends n society.
      They give you charge of happiness.
      By looking into their life.
      You find more happier than others.
      As u have least problems.
