If you ask me by giving me an assignment then I agree with you. But if the same this is being managed by me then I definitely not accept all these but most important is completing the task. For which we are running against time.
On the contrary, I don’t think deadlines kill creativity. Deadlines help you keep focus and get the job done. Its about having a reasonable deadline which in fairness to those employed in creative dept. are a rare sight.
