This is not about religion. This is about the so called followers of XYZ religions. The jokes are about how people follow their religion. It is sad to know that people have such narrow minds.
I am big fan of your website….and hardly miss any post. Its very nice site.
But I am shocked to see these jokes……jokes on our religion….ya its good to smile and have fun……but not at the cost of religion! Especially the villager joke, it is in a bad light…..ALLAH accept dua but a jayaz one…..its not joke its like ridiculing our religion…..though the son and hunger strike one can be used as a RAMZAN awareness pic but not joke.
I dont intend to make any one feel guilty….but My suggestion may be a away to change something…..as religion is to follow not to make fun of…..and there are vast topics on which jokes can be made but not religion….. I dont wish to hurt anyone…..my intentions are to convey a valid point……..hope its removed and something like Ramadan awareness pics can be shared!
I personally feel that you have misunderstood the sense of the matters depicted in the jokes. These are not on our great religion, but indicate more of people’s attitudes. So, please take them with a pinch of salt and smile.
I totally agree with you brother, that jokes are not on our religion. But when ppl do wrong (best example:terrorist) you must be knowing THE WORLD is ready to blame the religion (so and so religion ppl did this and that)……Many innocent ppl are paying the price of some ignorant ppl with their lives! I agree its ppl but you are first recognised by your belief/religion, then may be country and later comes your name….(many a times non is interested in it).
Firstly…..its not a necessity that jokes must be made on some religion or ppl of some religion. Its not funny! And by doing so you are making others belief that WE Muslims are such ( we just do Suhoor
and sleep without performing Namaaz, that we eat Iftar so so much….and fir us Namaaz is DIFFICULT? but For Iftar we r ready?) Remember brother! we, the Ppl dont pass imp info that rapidly as we pass such jokes….may be to let others show how COOL we are…….and if its the case…..then I assure you all we same you Muslim do so and so ( Dont the world same the same for Sikhs…..arent the most of the jokes are on them….arent tgey ridiculed day in day out)???
I or We (Muslim) dont want to be the source for someone to say anything against our Great and lovely Religion so raised my opinion. May be others dont feel the way I thought…..So its time to think! This is all my brain can understand brother. This is to the best of my understanding 🙂
